India Trainers provides users with the ability to permanently delete their account and all associated personal data directly from within the mobile application.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the India Trainers mobile application.
  2. Log in to your registered account.
  3. Tap the Menu (three bars) in the top corner.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your deletion request.

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible once confirmed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication account.
  • Your name, email address, and profile information.
  • Your uploaded profile image stored in cloud storage.
  • Your course enrollment and account-related data stored in Firebase Firestore.
  • Any associated user-generated content linked to your account.

Data Retention

Once your account deletion is confirmed, all associated personal data including authentication details, profile information, uploaded images, and course-related data are permanently deleted from our systems. India Trainers does not retain any personal data after account deletion.
