• Profile Data: Uploaded profile image and account-related details.
• Course & Enrollment Data: Course selections and related activity.
• Device & App Data: Device type, OS version, app version.
• Usage & Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data (if enabled).

2) How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide access to courses and services.
• To improve app performance and reliability.
• To respond to support requests.
• To maintain safety and prevent misuse.

3) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only:

• With trusted service providers including Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Analytics, and Crash Reporting) to securely operate and maintain the application.
• With payment processors for secure transaction handling.
• For legal reasons if required by applicable law.

4) Third-Party Payment Services

Payments may be processed by secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store full debit/credit card details on our servers.

5) Data Retention

We retain personal information only while your account remains active. When you delete your account, all associated personal data including authentication, profile information, uploaded images, and course data are permanently removed from our systems.

6) Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using secure protocols. While we implement reasonable security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7) Your Rights & Choices

• Access/Correction: You may request access to or correction of your data.
• Delete Account & Data: You can permanently delete your account directly within the mobile application by:
  1. Opening the app
  2. Navigating to the Menu (three bars)
  3. Selecting “Delete Account”
  4. Confirming the deletion
  Once confirmed, your authentication account, profile information, uploaded images, and associated data are permanently deleted.

8) Children’s Privacy (Under 13)

India Trainers provides educational services that may be used by children under the age of 13. We are committed to protecting children's privacy.

• We collect only limited information necessary to create and manage student accounts (such as name and email).
• We do not display third-party advertisements to children.
• We do not use children's personal information for behavioral advertising or profiling.
• We do not sell children's personal information.

Parents or legal guardians may contact us at support@indiatrainers.com to review, update, or request deletion of a child’s information.

9) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
